m.CD11b -FITC
Mouse CD11b, also known as integrin αM (ITGAM), is a cell-surface adhesion molecule that forms a heterodimer with CD18 (integrin β2) to form the complement receptor 3 (CR3, CD11b/CD18). CD11b is expressed primarily on cells of the myeloid lineage, including monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, and certain dendritic-cell populations.

CD11b plays important roles in cell adhesion, migration, phagocytosis, complement-mediated immune responses, and the regulation of innate immune-cell activation. Because its expression pattern is associated with multiple myeloid-cell populations, CD11b is widely used as a marker for the identification and characterization of mouse immune cells.

Anti-mouse CD11b antibodies specifically recognize the CD11b antigen and are valuable tools for immunophenotyping and studying myeloid-cell biology. Depending on the antibody clone and validation, these antibodies may be used in applications such as flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and other immunological assays. Anti-CD11b antibodies are commonly used to identify and analyze monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, and other CD11b-expressing cell populations in research involving inflammation, infection, immunology, and hematopoiesis.
