m.CD45R (B220)
Mouse CD45R, also known as B220, is a hematopoietic cell-surface glycoprotein isoform encoded by the Ptprc gene. CD45R is expressed predominantly on B lymphocytes and is widely used as a marker for the identification and characterization of B-cell populations in mice. Its expression can also be detected on certain subsets of other hematopoietic cells, depending on their developmental and activation state.

CD45R is a protein tyrosine phosphatase that plays an important role in regulating antigen receptor signaling and immune-cell activation. By modulating the phosphorylation state of signaling proteins, CD45R contributes to the regulation of B-cell receptor signaling, lymphocyte development, and immune responses.

Anti-mouse CD45R antibodies specifically recognize the CD45R/B220 antigen and are valuable tools for identifying and analyzing mouse B cells. Depending on the antibody clone and validation, these antibodies may be used in flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, cell isolation, and other immunological applications. Anti-CD45R antibodies are widely used in studies of B-cell development, humoral immunity, hematopoiesis, inflammation, and immune-related diseases.
